PRACTICE
AREAS
These practice areas are more a guide to our legal services than separate disciplines. Many overlap. For example, Trust strategies can be helpful to plan your estate; to draft your will; to secure care for the elderly, for special needs children, and for others who lack the capacity to care for themselves; and to protect assets when creating or selling a business.
Please take a few moments to explore our practice areas. See how we may be the solution for your legal needs.
OUR VISION
Few endeavors have so great a potential to impact people's lives for the better as the practice of law.
We see our practice as one which celebrates human dignity, not just for the great and the vigorous, but for the aged, the infirm, the afflicted, the ordinary people who meet life's challenges with courage and hope. At the Law Office of Peter D. Fenzel we are here to empower you, and those you love, to live the life you choose for yourselves.
We are here to empower you to provide care for your elderly loved ones, so that they may enjoy the best quality of life for as long as they live. We are here to empower you to provide care for your special needs child, so that they may reach their full potential and live a happy, fulfilling life. We are here to empower you to endow future generations with the fruits of your love and the bounty of your labors. We are here to empower you to enjoy your rights to equal protection under the law.
It is within your power now to take the first step.
